Lila's mission is to awaken to the transformative potential within. For more than 25 years, Lila has been an active member of a mystery school, immersing herself in the study of energy healing, sacred dance, music, and esoteric history. This extensive knowledge and experience have shaped her unique approach to healing and self-discovery.

During her 15-year tenure as a Waldorf teacher, Lila had the opportunity to create original songs and dances with her students, enriching the curriculum and fostering a deep connection with the arts. This experience ignited Lila's creativity and honed her ability to harness the power of sound as a healing tool.

Lila has spent the past few years sharing her gifts as a vocal sound healer, providing individual healing sessions and sound baths at retreats, churches, yoga studios, and senior centers.

 

She is certified as a vocal sound healer and sound therapist by The International Association of Sound Therapy, Alicante, Spain.
